Just in for scheduled service recently, and I have been pleased with my vehicle and service in previous visits. I arrived at 9:30 and handed over the keys for a 10 am appointment. Oil change, tires rotated and wheel balancing. All went smoothly but it just kept going and going. I was given my truck back at 12:30 and 3 hours felt a bit long for the work done. Still a fan, but will go elsewhere if in a rush.
We just bought a 2016 Rav4 from Tom July 4th at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. Great experience to say the least. Tom went out of his way to make sure we had a great deal and the vehicle that suited us best. We love our Rav4, more bells and whistles that I ever could imagine. Thank you again Tom for the GREAT SERVICE.

I always had a good experience here.But this time around it was really really good.
I will never get a car from here again. We was sold a service warranty on our car and was lied to about what it covers. Every time I bring my car in to be serviced there is always something that should be replaced. The last time I brought it in I was giving a list of things that needed to be replaced from needing new brakes and rotors to new struts. The cost would be over $2000.00. Philip Martin and Mark Wootan went above and beyond in helping me get the 2016 RAV4 for my husband. To date, this was the shortest car purchase I've ever done. They were AWESOME!
