I can't say enough great things about the team from Coggin Toyota at the Avenues especially Sean Wilhelm. This was the most relaxed, fun I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I had to find someone to help us yesterday. At first we thought they were busy but come to find out they weren't paying attention to a married couple with two kids. I knew what I wanted and knew most likely we were buying it as we had been looking for the last week online. Finally got help, decided we would buy it and the out the door price we agreed on was changed with an added fee that wasn't on the first sheet. Stuck at this place again because people can't do the job correctly the 1st time. What has this world come to No pride in doing a good job ? Rip off. They don't have to worry I will not be coming back here again. So hard to find a good place to have the FJ taking care of. Just Sad ! I had 7:45 am appointment FJ did not get put up on rack till 9:30 Really. It has been 4 years since I bought a Toyota truck from Coggin, and I still get phone calls from 3rd party people trying to sell me extended warranties? I have bought 3 new cars in this time, and I do not get calls from the other 2 purchases. The caller I.D. says they are calling from Baldwin Florida, and I keep blocking the numbers, but they use different numbers? Horrible business practice.
