I shorted a star because right when I came in for 15k maintenance for our Camry, I told the representative that the coolant is almost to the Low level and he told me that they will take care of it. But when I got home, I double checked if they are true to their word, Lo and behold, it's still at the same coolant level when I brought in.
I always have a good experience with the service department. Top notch
This has to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. My wife and I drove 100 miles to this dealership after being quoted a price on a New Tacoma. After arriving the Tacoma I was interested in was not there , but was at a body shop down the road somewhere ...but the salesperson couldn't tell me this before I left my house . Who wants to spend $40k on a damaged vehicle ?!? Bought my 16 Tacoma off road from Coggin, Thomas Richard offered Great service from the first day I walked in. For my first service, Edin Gojkic was very knowledgeable. I Would recommend going to both of them and will continue going through them from now on. Both guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks guys
Avoid these guys at all costs! The sales people and the F&I are shady, and the service department is always trying to up sell me and tell me things are covered by my new car warranty. I bought a brand new 2015 Highlander from them less than two years ago. The F&I people told me its Florida Law that I have to sign a Binding Arbitration agreement, and even told me that they were attorneys. When I asked for their Florida Bar numbers....well..the story changed. Drive to another dealership. I LOVE my Toyota, hate this place!!!!!!
I called the dealership and spoke with Philip Martin and advised that I wanted to buy a new car around 4:00 pm. We finally got to the dealership after all the traffic at 7:00 pm. By 9:00 pm I had purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE 50th Anniversary Edition!!! Philip was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable with all of the technology in the car before I drove off the lot. He has called me several times since then to ask if I have any questions and how I liked the car. Thank you Philip!!!
I was greeted promptly. Told the agent what I needed, he checked the car did the paperwork. I asked how long he said hour and a half. I was with a friend and her car was done before the van came to take us to the mall. We did our errands including lunch, and I called to see where my car stood. It was ready, but no one called me. They were supposed to check my tires and said all was well, 2 days later I had four tires at 7 lbs below recommended. There is nothing wrong with the tires. Called and left agent a message.
