This Coggin Toyota location is the absolute best! Buying a car can be all kinds of stressful, but the team at this location are so warm, friendly and hassle free. They make the car buying experience pleasurable, not stressful. I got a great deal on my brand new Corolla and will be working with these guys for years to come. Ask for Nick. Extremely rude salesman on the lot. Won't be back. Also, I was lied to over the phone and told there were rebates on the model I was coming in to test drive and I get there and there aren't any!
Last Thursday was the last day that my husband and I will ever bring our vehicles for maintenance to Coggin Toyota. Up until Thursday we have been loyal customers since 2008. Ever since the dealership moved we have been having these issues. Every single time I have taken our Sienna in for service I have to call my husband to help me triple check the bill. We bought an 08 Scion tC at a non Toyota dealer that had major issues. I took it here as I've always had good dealings with them in the past. Charlie in service is amazing! My son's car was repaired, at less than the anticipated cost and he was so helpful and gracious throughout the process. Thank you, Charlie and the rest of the service team!!

I've purchased 5 cars from this dealership over the years and had my cars serviced there. I feel like I've been treated fairly in the purchase process and the service department has kept my cars running for 150,000+ miles without problem, even after I sold them to friends (who are still my friends).
Note (before reading review): Despite changing an original 3 star review (below) to a perfect Rating, I left the posting intact so as to show the sequence of events that promptly changed my opinion (less than 24 hrs :).
