My wife and I had a very good and positive experience with this dealership. The sales staff is very helpful in making us decide on what to buy. We eventually bought a 2017 RAV4. We love this car and all the bells and whistle that came with it. Thanks again Coggin Toyota for the positive experience.
Very friendly, personable sales staff. Didn't feel pressured by the sales staff or manager to buy above my price range (!! Almost unheard of in the car business). Bought late and had a 3hr drive home-- sales associate was concerned about me being tired and even asked me to text him when I arrived home to know I arrived safely. Such great people in the used car sales department!
Everything was good for a Saturday. Could have been finished a little quicker but overall the service was great!
They are always helpful and things are done in a timely manner,friendly and courteous service.David was awesome.

Coggin was able to get my Toyota recall fixed in a timely manner with great communication! (Thank you Gary in parts!!) Unlike Keith Pierson who strung me on for almost a year and a half without getting it fixed. (Beau at Pierson acted like I was putting him out to ask about the status of the part.) If I hadn't gone to Coggin my car still would not be fixed today. Do not feel I got a particularly good deal on the vehicle I purchased but I was in a hurry to buy - probably could have done better by shopping around. But the buying experience was good - salesman was very good, wasted little time and got the car ready for me to take home that day, including the transfer of stuff from one car to the next. I suspect the car I purchased (a 2017 Prius) had been on the lot for awhile - it was very dirty and not detailed very well (mostly concealed areas such as the hatch lip under the back wind... read more
