This is the only Toyota that I get service done for my Camry. I came in for my 15000 mile service and Jonathan took really good care of me.
Great place to get your car needs taken care of. Emmanuel was the one to take care of me when I went in for an oil change and I've never felt more care from anyone else.
The new facility is very comfortable for waiting. My service was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and I'm very satisfied with the result. The service consultant was polite and pleasant and addressed all questions.
I love going to Toyota at the Avenues, it is so convenient, I would have appreciated the porter not moving my seat and leaving it in wrong place. Also, I went to have the back door (hatch) checked and my hood wasn't latched. I didn't know this until I got on the highway. I am just glad it has a latch. Charlie was my service attendant. He is great.
I had a wonderful experience! Walked in and found exactly what I wanted at the right price, year, mileage and color! 😉 Service was wonderful and I had the opportunity to teach my daughter about the car buying process-how it should go.
I don't generally like to do business reviews, BUT I have to with Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. They made the purchase of my 2017 Camry SE flawless. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome. My salesman Esmond is the best. He is so easy to talk to, and I wasn't at all intimidated. The Service was very prompt! I had my first 5000 miles service on my 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport. However, When I received my Truck back they did a car wash which left water spots all over the entire truck, windows and mirrors! Also, when I picked up my Tacoma nothing was explained to me in regards to what was actually serviced! The Form that I was given had a multitude of items that were checked. It was ok until I realized money had been stolen out of my vehicle while being serviced for the SECOND TIME. Called office to report and never heard a word back. Very disappointed. Ready for Arlington or Keith Pearson.
Their service department rocks!!! I moved here in 2014 from Orlando and first went to Coggin for an oil change. And I haven't gone anywhere since. I am provided with great service every time. A special shout out to Kimberly for taking care of my car (and me) on my birthday!!!
