Manny was great, the service was fast. The only complaint I have is they always forget to reset the low tire button.
We own a 2013 Avalon Hybrid. They are always efficient with the servicing however, we have an extended warranty that we paid for up front that would take care of most of the issues with a hybrid. However, it seems like more and more that each service always has a "few additional" services that aren't covered under either of the warranties and always adds up to more charges for us. My wife and I have been doing business with Coggin for several years now and have never been disappointed, either when purchasing a vehicle or having it serviced. We will continue to be Coggin customers as long as the sales and service remain as high quality as they have been so far.
Coggin struggled to meet my expectations during this visit. I dropped my car off for a repair involving replacing the window glass on a Thursday morning and was assured it would be ready Saturday or Monday after a part came in. i ended up picking the car up on Thursday of the next week, after a part broke, a delivery was late, and 3 hours worth of phone calls. I have been getting service at Coggin Toyota since 1996 when I bought my 1995 Avalon. I continue to receive excellent service each time I visit. My 1995 Avalon was always maintained and kept updated until it surpassed 400,000 miles. Unfortunately, I had an accident and it was totaled. I then purchased a 2008 Avalon from Coggin. Ruben was my Service Advisor on my last visit and he gave me excellent service as I have always received. Kudos to Ruben and Coggin Toyota At The Avenues.
