I have been going to Coogin Toyota of the Avenues since 2003 when I bought my 2003 Camry. I now have a 2016 Corolla. Dec 30th I had to have my Corolla towed to the dealership when it would not start. I had been very sick for a week and when I got to the dealership, I told Rubin my service tech that I was sick and would need a loaner car. Unfortunately they only had trucks at that time which I do not drive. So Rubin and Rita, one of the rental car girls, kept an eye out for a returned car. While my only experience was with the Service Department it was a most enjoyable and expedient service I have had from any Dealership. Appointment was on time and work completed as stated and under the timeframe. The additional Free service recommendations printout of future maintenance requirements was a plus. If I have any complaint it would be that being a Navy retiree I didn't find a hint of any fuel oil in the free coffee.
Purchased A Toyota Rav4 and a Chevy Sonic on January 1st. Yes, happy new year to me. lol Excellent service from Rerrick, and I even took the Toyota back 2 days later to have the bulb put in the fog light. They got me in and out in less than 1/2 hr thank God, and thanks to the service team. Though I must say....when you get the ok to purchase and sign all papers of price and payment and they call you back 4 days later to say "Sorry, the bank wants you to do this many months, not this many months" Dont you think all of that sh... read more
I worked with service manager, John Vanecek. He was professional in every way. I had one hiccup in the actual repair which we agreed would be handled another time. You couldn't ask for a better service manager.

My 2010 Scion is subject to the Takata air bag recall and I was very pleased with the response I received from Coggin when I inquired about what to do until the repair will be made. I did not purchase the car from Coggin, but could not have been treated more kindly if I had done so. Many thanks for the wonderful service.
I bought my 2013 Corolla from Coggin, along with an extended warranty, and over the psst 4 years I have only taken it to Coggin to be serviced. I have had good experiences and some not good ones, mostly due to the service advisor. There seems to be a lot of turnover in this area. Yesterday when I arrived the service advisor that I was assigned when I called for my appointment turned out to be on vacation. That took me back at first.
