I used to go to Keith Pierson and they've tried ripping me off to many times, so I started going to Coggin to get my 5,000 mile check ups. They do a good job and they don't try and nickel and dime me every time I come in. Everyone I have worked with has been very friendly and helpful. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because it's kinda of a disorganized mess when dropping off your vehicle. I have always had great service and customer care!
Brian in the service department was amazing! He had me in and out and I didn't even have an appointment. However, I walked around the whole sales lot both used and new and was not approached once. Normally I wouldn't mind this but I was looking to speak with someone on the SUV's.
All i can say is that the service department is great. Ruben Simo is the best. He can be called at anytime, always ready to assist.
Had an appt for over a week and service person not there today.
The service was awesome, my service advisor went above and beyond the call of duty. I had asked for the inside of my car to be vacuum out. My advisor didn't tell that Coggin Toyota no longer offer that service but he did it for me himself. I have never had a car dealership who wouldn't offer this service which is a shame of them but I thank my service advisor for taking time to do this for me.
My family has five SUVs which I take to Coggin for service. Chris Rybecky in their service department is the best I have ever dealt with in sixty years of having a car serviced. I take two Highlanders, a Lexus, a Hyundai and an Acura. He knows what to do with problems in all of them.
