The agents in the service department are liars and the supervisors are rude! They started conducting repairs without notifying and kept my car more than 3x as long as they said they would, causing me to miss an entire day from work, and they refused to compensate me at all for my lost time and money - making up lies to cover their butts. Just purchased my second truck from Duane at Coggins. This transaction, just like the first, was as painless an automobile buying experience as I have ever had, and I've been around a few years. Went to Coggin Toyota at the Avenues this week for my 36 month checkup on my Camry. I have had issues with their service department in the past however that was not the case this week. AWESOME customer service, the service writer had notes of our previous concerns on his clipboard when we arrived and reassured us that he was making sure all our concerns were addressed.
