Very fancy. Pull up in the service area. A rep comes out and walks you into the service department checks you in. I did go on a holiday so it was very busy but that's ok. They have a lovely Cafe were you can get breakfast . Ordered a fantastic breakfast sandwich. Coffee is free. Seating area is comfortable and they offer free wifi. All in all very impressed!!

Coggin Toyota at the Avenues was absolutely amazing! Anthony Graham and Esmond Donawa could not have been more helpful and gracious! They went above and beyond to ensure that I became a customer of theirs. Prior to visiting, my finance and I had been to 3 other well known dealerships in Jax. None of them presented us with us with the initial onset of customer service as Anthony and Esmond. We have officially become lifetime customers, and will be recommending EVERYONE to this dealership!!!
Took my coupon in for a free multi point inspection and car wash. Tire pressure was low before and after. No checklist showing just what was done. No car wash. Terrible customer service. and since I'm venting, haven't heard one word from my salesman in the year I've owned my new Tacoma.
The service department personnel are very professional and knowledgeable . My RAV4 was repaired in less then an hour ! ( including the free car wash )
