I bought both my cars from here (first one after 3 weeks someone totaled it) and i went back because Phillip Martin was so kind and found the perfect car for me. Only thing that im not very happy about is how ive taken my car there twice to get an oil change and the first time, "Your tire has a nail and it cant be patched, losing air, youre going to need a tire, $300." FINALLY, heard from Coggin Toyota at the Avenues today about my car, mechanically my car is sound and no issues could be found. HOWEVER, the person who owned the car before me had paid for a live GPS tracker to be installed and it was never removed before my purchase of the car (way to go Arlington Toyota) nor was I made aware of there being a constant GPS signal that a complete stranger could track my every move if they chose to, which is CREEPY to say the least! I recently bought a 16 tacoma from which I love btw. My sales man was Esmond. He's awesome, did everything in his power to make sure I got what I wanted, all while giving both myself and Toyota a deal. I come to this dealership because of him. Great salesman, great friend an always look out for his customers.
