Buyers beware! This place is a scam waiting to happen. I spent two days in this dealership making a deal happen, to get into finance and them back pedal on what we agreed upon. The GM of sales is the most rude and egotistic person I've ever met in my life. My papers were signed out the door complete, and the sales manager comes back in wanting a 1,000 deposit! I HAPPILY took my business to Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine, and will be doing more business with them! Beware people!
We purchased our second vehicle from Coggin Toyota today, and I can't say enough good things about our salesman, Tom Meehan! I was expecting a long day, but we were in and out in no time at all! I will definitely recommend Coggin Toyota to anyone I know looking for a new car

Toyota does not accept responsibility for defective headlamps on the Prius – pre 2010. Please read article below as our car has had the same issue for years and now after paying over $500 Monday August 3rd to Coggin Toyota At The Avenues for replacing the bulb and ballast (which should have been done under warranty years ago) it went out again last night Thursday August 6th whilst my teenage daughter was driving home. I had some work done by this Toyota dealership last year. An extensive timing belt, water pump, cam gear job. Fast track to about a month ago, my engine shuts off while driving and wont start back up. I take it to a different Toyota dealership that was closer to have them see whats wrong with it. They said whoever did my timing belt job did it wrong and that the timing was off, which resulted in my engine being damaged beyond repair with zero compression. I was very pleased with my lease purchase on Sunday March 29. The salesman Gary McIntosh was so helpful with the needs my husband and I had and wanted to come out with. I am not however happy that this wonderful salesman was fired a few days later, because he only sold 7 not 8 cars in the month. That's just brutal. Businesses care about the bottom line more than people and it doesn't make the world a nicer place.

I love having my car serviced at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues because I know it will be done right and I also get a great place to wait with complementary drinks/snacks, Wi-Fi and a free car wash. I am often concerned that servicing my vehicle at a Toyota Dealership would be too expensive, and that is usually true, but I was allowed to use all my discount offers which helped a lot. I appreciate the staff's helpfulness and flexibility. I highly recommend Coggin Toyota.
