Worst place to buy a car if you plan on resolving any issues after you sign the papers. Engine light came on the day after we drove it off the lot and made multiple attempts to contact the salesman and the sales manager with no return calls. I will never buy from a Coggin dealership again!
Went in for an oil change. after an hour I looked in to see the mechanic trying to work on my truck and another vehicle at the same time doing a piss poor job of it. I retrieved my truck and left. Never going back.
Had a great experience with Vito in the used car department. Had an issue with an SUV I purchased, and it took them all of 30 seconds to make it right and get me into a another vehicle. This is my 4th vehicle purchase with the Coggin group, awesome people!
Do not come here for service!!! Nick is a great sales person but I regret having to come here for service!!! An hour or more for a shutte ride?!? Only flavored coffee and if your not going to have snacks all day... Put away the crumb filled bowls so the people wanting a ride to get lunch don't have to state at them. And last time the didn't even address all the issues I had! So I'm back again!!!
Less than poor. Everything was rushed because the finance guy and I quote was ready to call it a night. Would never deal with them again. Very unprofessional.
Definitely would recommend Barry Levine! After purchasing my car from him, it was involved in an accident not shortly after. Barry was the only one who took the time make sure I understood what was happening with my car while it was in the shop as well as when I would be receiving it back. He called a completely went out of his way to handle the situation for me when my car isn't even at his location. It is greatly appreciated!! Definitely go to Barry if you're looking for a good, honest and caring salesman.
This was the worst car buying experience ever. I would not let this dealership change the air in my tires. If they were the last car dealership on earth, I would buy a Schwinn!!!!!!!! The service department kept my wife's car needlessly for 6 of the first 9 days she owned the car.. Pathetic! If only there was a way to give less than one star, I would! By the way the service department did do one hell of a job turning a brand new car into a used one!
Worst experience ever. Neither stars if I could.
