I bought my first car there, they were able to work out a price that worked for me and did it quickly. The problem is afterwards I waited five additional hours just to be seen by finance to sign the paperwork. At that time I put money down but didn't have all of it with me, so I mailed in a check. They called me for a week looking for the check (I sent it out the very next day,) turns out it was on a receptionist desk for over a week and she didn't tell anyone!
