They have great evening hours, which I appreciate. Service dept. has been great each visit I've made. Bought my car at another Toyota dealership (Coggin is closer) but I've had a good experience at Coggin as well. Thank you!

Garrett in service is the BEST! Hands down best customer service at any dealership ever.
Had a horrible time at the dealership. Dealt with support staff who rolled their eyes when I explained the cars problem to them. No follow up after car was left there for over 24 hrs(original service estimate was 2-3 hrs). Had to call multiple times to get updates. Could not locate paperwork when I went to pick up the car. Did not explain to me any issues they did or did not discover even when asked. Unfortunately, spoilt my weekend chasing them. I am not likely to visit them or another dealership anytime soon. It is such a shame that you can't get it together after buying two cars from you and having a wonderful sales experience. Of course when people owe you.money.You are quick to pay but when you owe others money you lose paperwork.
Horrible service department. Went in for scheduled service today for the first time. The people that checked me in were great and the waiting area was nice. When I got my truck back the cover for the positive battery terminal was off and they didn't check the tire pressure. I'm not sure, but I don't think they changed the oil either. It still looked discolored.
I bought a used vehicle at Coggin. I only got about 700 miles on it before it died. I have since had the vehicle looked at by a mechanic and he said the oil that was in the cylinder would not go un-noticed by a qualified mechanic. I know Coggin has good mechs so it is strictly a sales thing. The Sales Manager simply repeated many times, "You bought it as is" I know Coggin is doing the legal thing, but they won't step up and do the right thing. This is dishonest and I have reported it to the BBB. Ilene Schiffer
Horrible customer service. Careless!!!! DON'T GO THERE. Spend your money somewhere where they care about your concerns and you as a customer. They don't even deserve one star.
