Service and sales are excellent - my Service Advisor, Gary McIntosh, made sure my vehicle was properly taken care of. Always make an appointment to eliminate long waits.
Car was there for 4 days when quoted 1 which was inconvenient ..emailed service technician to ask a question and never recd a response. Was told it was OK to drop car off after hours and leave keys in envelope with info on envelope. There were no envelopes. Had to return again in morning to drop off keys. The repair was eventually done and done well.
I bought both of my cars and everybody is always friendly and the site is very comfortable, I even had chance to take a loaner for the day, my only complaint is one of my cars is a VW and every time I start the car asks me for an only change so I think the computer was not reset and we did synthetic oil change and the striker on the wind shield states next oil change only after 5k miles when usually I get 10k with VW dealer, for Toyota great but other brands not so great.

His personality and his mannerisms draws us in. I purchased my RAV 4 here in 3/2015 and bring it in for the free oil changes. Last time there, I asked them if a vacume of the car was included with the wash, as it had never been vacumed any time I brought it in for the servicing. I was assured it was included, and asked for it to be done. When the car came back from servicing, it WAS NOT vacumed. I also asked for a quote to fix what appears to be 2 bb shots into one of the car doors, was told I would need to bring it "down the street" but never was given the address or an ... read more
Slow, overpriced and always trying to sell you unneeded services. I left after my oil change and went directly to the Jeep dealership and traded my 4runner in for a much superior Grand Cherokee due mostly because of my service experience. Fed up.
