I've bought 2 cars there the first one was a mint 97 Pearl White Avalon in 2002 when we moved up north to Jax. Our daughter drives it today and I would drive it to California and back its been the best car ever and it's still very close to mint condition! The service is Outstanding!
I bought my Toyota PreRunner Tacoma from another dealership, but brought it in here to be checked out for recalls and what not. It was easier to schedule an appointment with Coggin Toyota then with Arlington Toyota, the wait was much less. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and very helpful and while my truck was being looked at I got a great deal for a rental car for the day, so I didn't have to reschedule any of my appointments or running around for that day. I dropped off car around lunch time and expected a long wait. My Camry was ready in about an hour after 20,000 inspection. I am always pleased with with the coursy and service of the staff at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues.
I cannot say enough about how great of an experience I have had with Coggin Toyota. I was involved in an accident and my car had been totaled so I was on a tight schedule and really weary of buying my first new car. James D'Ambrosio was the nicest salesmen I think I could've gotten anywhere. He was patient, kind, and always willing to answer my questions even if they were redundant. I made an appointment for an oil change (make an appointment and you think you will be in and out, ha) and I got there half hour early as I was between shifts and I am told it will be 2 hours. What? I made an appointment. Apparently the customers time is worth $0. The paper I printed up from the site also said a free car wash but my car was not washed in the almost 3 hours I was there. I would recommend Coggin Toyota to anyone looking for a new car. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I explained what I was interested in and the salesman (Mike Hicks) showed me what I wanted. No fooling around or trying to switch me to any other vehicle.
