I usually come here to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I get synthetic oil and Coggins has the best price of anywhere else around town. I had an appointment yesterday for an oil change and showed up right before my appointment time. They got me in quickly and were super friendly. There was a little bit of a wait but that is to be expected I guess. Gary was my service consultant and he was so great. We purchased a 2016 Sienna from salesman Mike Hicks and we are very happy with our purchase. He exceeded our expectations and put us into a vehicle that we love and has worked really well for us. I purchased a Tacoma in March 2016. The salesman Jim Miller was Great he deserves a 5. My complaint is about the finance department. I purchased an additional service contract that could be cancelled. I decided to cancel it Oct 4th through Coggins finance. After 3 weeks I called back and was told it would take 4-8 weeks. I waited until 12/6 and called them and e-mailed them. No response..... I finally called the service contract company directly and they said they had never received a cancellation.
