Customer service was weak. Was told to take the truck back to u haul to have them fix a light problem. They changed a fuse and it worked fine. Guess it was to hard for service to do that.

My son and daughter have been leasing their cars from Coggin Toyota at the Avenues for the last 6+ years. We have been dealing with Esmond Donawa. He works with your budget and gets you the best price. The fiance guys are a little tough but if you stick to your guns the bumper to bumper contract can be negotiated way down. Esmond is the reason that my son and daughter continues to lease at Toyota of the Avenues. Happy Holidays to All at Coggin.

My experience at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues was excellent, my service advisor was Michael Hickox, and he was definitely customer focused. This was my first time having my car serviced at this location. I've had a few really bad experiences with other dealerships. So it felt great to actually deal with a professional.
James and Phillip were awesome !! They took care of me and made sure I purchased a good reliable car , and worked with me , they cared more about making the customer happy then just trying to make a sell , I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good car and is trying to get the best sales person. I love this place Toyota at the avenues took really good care of me I felt relieved and purchased a car the same day I went in
