Bought a new RAV4 a week ago and my salesman was Fred Shiroka. He is without a doubt one of the kindest, most courteous people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. A friend of mine recommended Fred and I highly recommend him as well. He has called several times to ask me if I have any questions. It was a completely non-pressured experience. In 1998 I purchased my Toyota Avalon XLS from what was then Buddy Hutchinson Toyota and had it serviced by them until the change was made to Coggin Toyota years later. I continued to have "Frankie" (my Avalon) serviced by Coggin Toyota until December 2015 when my new Avalon Limited arrived on the scene! Our service was great. We had an a/c service that I thought would be very expensive but they surprised me with a very affordable price and a great working a/c. I recommend the service department to look out for you and do a great job.
Quick/Excellent 20K service on my 2016 Tundra, comfortable waiting area and my service advisor Gary Mcintosh is very knowledgeable and experience.
If it weren't for the conversation with another customer in the waiting room to help pass the time, I think I would have been a bit more irritated... I made an appointment online to get my first 5000 mile service completed on my 2017 Tundra TRD Pro... They generally seemed very attentive at first and I noticed that within 5 minutes or so, they had taken my truck out of the lineup and into the service area. Good start, right?
