Not great. Made an appointment, arrived early and it still took 1 hour and 45 minutes to just change the oil. The "limited time" coupon was for only $3.00 off the regular price. Not worth the effort and certainly not worth the time. Why bother making an appointment if it doesn't get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
Horrible service, quick to sell me on a car, however they can not seem to get their paperwork straightened out. It's been two months and they still are acting like their lack of productivity is on my behalf. CharlesAnderson talks bad about his coworkers, and customers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good experience.
We have been buying our vehicles at Coggin since 2004. Mike Hicks has been our salesman for all 11 of them. For both personal and business vehicles he has made sure all our questions are answered and any problems resolved completely. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Mike Hicks as a great salesman and Coggin at the Ave as a dealership.

Thank you Jake Mclaughlin, for getting my car serviced Saturday. I was in and out. Love this crew here, he remembered me from my last visit. I would recommend this place highly even if you didn't drive a Toyota, like you should. The Camry is the best car I have ever had. This is my second Camry the other one I sold, I figured after 300,000 miles it was time for an upgrade, and I did just that. They will run forever as long as you do the proper maintenance and up keep. Toyota girl here for sure!
