I never went into this place. I saw a vehicle I wanted online and had already been approved for a loan. Everything was handled through text and when I went to go get the check made out to them, the sold it while I was on my way there. It caused so much to go wrong with the bank and myself that I had all but given up on buying a vehicle until Accurate Automotive contacted me. I bought my Vehicle from them with no hassle on their part. They were honest and directly to the point.
Got a great deal at Toyota at the Avenues. My salesman Jordan Rudd worked hard for my business and he got it! Congratulations Jordan I am not an easy customer but I'm sure I'm going to love my new Tacoma.
Great service, nice people they treat you really well
The service department was not up to par. Took my 4runner for oil change and tires balance/rotation and it took them over 2 hours to get it done. Plus they said they washed the car but when we got the car they never did!
By far the worst service appointment I have ever had. Started on Friday with not being able to get a service person on the phone when the AC went out in my relatively new truck. Saturday I called and got someone on the phone who put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me. I made an appointment myself online showed up and dropped my truck off at 7:45 yesterday morning and asked for a shuttle. Purchased a car in June. Still don't have my paperwork. Have had to make four separate trips out to that side of town attempting to get both that & pick up my tag :-( I am currently (two months later) driving around with an expired temp tag & the dealership has done NOTHING, despite multiple phone calls & visits to rectify this situation. Couldn't be any happier with this dealership! After dealing with several other service departments for my Avalon Hybrid I decided to try Coggins. Not only was I pleasantly surprised but now I'm a fan with several years under my belt. Yesterday I was having a rough day, but I went in for my $15k service on my newest car away and glad I did.
