The sales rep I talked to was awesome, I didn't even plan on purchasing upon my visit, let alone a NEW vehicle. If it wasn't for Styxx flagging me down as I was about to leave I never would have even considered.
Nice experience buying a new truck. Our salesman, Tom, was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
I was treated quite well. The only issue I have is that I saw the ad in the Florida Times Union for a free TV if you bought a new car or truck. I bought a new Tacoma but I was told I was not eligible for the TV.

I feel that I've been fooled at the Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. I went for oil change at 5:45pm. As soon as I dropped my car, I was told that I didn't need to do oil change for 5,000 miles, since Synthetic Oil Change only needed per 10,000 miles. I was very confused. I bought my car in 2014 at the Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. In the past 3 years I brought my car to the dealer every 5,000 mile for oil change.
