My experience buying my car was great! However, the ball was dropped and my trade was not paid off until I contacted the salesman twice after the sell! I purchased my vehicle on 11/20 and it wasn’t paid off until 1/2 almost 45 days later! My husband and I are in the middle of buying a house and because of this error we may not be able to complete the process since our credit scores dropped by 50 points due to Coggin’s error!
