I went in for a safety recall on my rear springs and while I was there I asked then to check my low tire light which was flashing and to replace the knob on my ac/heat blower which was broken. I was given an estimate of 11 o'clock. I kept checking with my contact person to see if there was any feedback from the service mechanic. NONE! Went in twice searching for a car. The first time I walked in and walked around aimlessly with no one helping. Associates were scattered around, but no one greeted or acknowledged me. There were some lounging around and walking past me without saying a word. So, I ended up walking towards an associate that was sitting at a desk when he asked how he could help. I had originally went to Coggin collision and one of my tires comes up missing. So I had to call the guy who attempted to steal my tire and he was like oh sorry we had another car like yours. So I go to coggin Toyota because then the brake lights and blinkers are not working. So now I was little pissed but still ok .. My experience was more than I expected. I was only in the market for a new car because I was involved in a car accident and my car was totaled. My salesman Esmond Donowa was THE BEST. I have followed him from Ernie Palmer, Arlington Toyota to Coggin. This is the 2nd time that he has had to go and pick up my vehicle because it wasn't on a lot here in Jacksonville. Absolutely terrible customer service. Was lied to about the service I needed, tried contacting them 3 times before receiving a response which continued the lie. I contacted corporate who responded quickly confirming that I paid for services I did not need. Corporate contacted the dealership who then called me almost immediately. Their Customer Relations manager was condescending, rude, and told me I was wrong even though their people were the ones that lied. At the end of the phone call she hung up without even a goodbye.
