I received excellent service from Cheri Dallas. She was very courteous and professional. From now on, she will be my service advisor at Coggin Toyota.
My recall was fixed in a VERY timely manner and with great communication (thanks Charlie!). However, I was extremely disappointed to see how dirty my Sienna was when I got home. There was grease on the seats, on the carpet and on the dash. I have NEVER seen that before and I've been going to Coggin Toyota for years (I am a loyal Toyota customer). My husband had to give it a good scrubbing. Shame on me for not inspecting it before I left the dealership.
Coggin Toyota has a huge comfortable waiting room. Everywhere you turn, there are friendly helpful people. Concerned service writers and techs form a team dedicated fix your car correctly. While you wait you can order from a cafe menu that offers eggs, burgers, bagels and more. I highly recommend when your car to this service center. They know how to do it right
Gary Mac took very good care of me when I brought my Camry in for service. I had some coupons that I gave to Gary to apply. When I checked out he found a better coupon for me to use and applied it too the total. I have always had my Toyota serviced at Coggin with Gary Mac and unless something unforeseen happens I always will.
I made the next 5000 mile appointment for my 2010 Sienna Van. Jon Pope took care of everything. I arrived at 10am and was out by 1:15pm. In addition to the oil change and 5000 mile checks, they rotated & balanced the tires, did a fuel injection & induction service, & changed the almost dead battery(!!) Jon tried to get a car for me due to the long wait expected, but none were available. He then made sure I had food before he went to lunch. I was well taken care of! Thanks!
