I'm a return customer with a 2015 Tacoma 4 Cyl, 5 spd with 21k on the clock. The pickup has, sense new, had a very noisy transmission unlike the other 5 manual trans Toyotas I have owned over the last 40 plus years. Coggin Toyota took the truck in, put three of the service specialist on it. After inspecting the entire drive train including draining and inspecting grease from the deferential and transmission, found the problem. They are replacing the transmission. I have been more than pleased with the service I have received at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. Their service is thorough, and the waiting area allows you to watch them service your vehicle. They also have a restaurant so that you can eat if you choose to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. They have never tried to sell me services that I don't need. This is my 5th service for my truck and each time has been a pleasure
Reuben was great. I took my Yaris in to have two recalls taken care of, airbag and electric window mechanism. Fortunately we are retired so my husband was able to pick me up. It took longer than I expected, 4.5 hours.

Recently brought my 2015 4 Runner in for a 35,000 mile service. Service Consultant David Morrel, a very nice young man, did an excellent job handling my service.
I was interested in purchasing a used corolla for my relative. I reached out online and spoke several times with Jim. I found a corolla that I was told twice was manual (which I was not interested in). I did more research and found out from Brent that it was in fact an automatic.
