In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. Great place! The people here are so nice. They get things done in a timely manner! A car wash is a little too expensive, but otherwise all is good.
Had to make three trips back to service center First for the noise in rear brakes —purpose for the visit—- Second for the noise in the front hood Third left garage door opener in my car Wasn’t too happy to make the third trip.
TAKATA RECALL I received a recall notice from Subaru in regards to a faulty air bag inflator. I scheduled my appointment and actually got in earlier due to a cancellation! Now my family is safe to ride in the vehicle thanks to the team at Cliff Wall!
Very friendly, however concerned about recall items The service center coordinator and the technician were very friendly and easy to work with. The service coordinator stated there were four recall items for our vehicle. They stated they would not have time to do all that day which I understood as my appointment was at 4:00. However they would try to do a couple of the services. One item was a crossbar which needed to be either replaced or rust proofed, depending on its condition. Friendly and helpful! I made an appointment for routine maintenance, but mentioned a noise I was hearing and the staff let me know what they found and how long it would take to fix. They were able to fix everything that day, saving me another trip. It was a great experience.
Super I just moved to Wisconsin from Rhode Island. I am happy to find a great Subaru dealer where I live now. The gentleman That helped me was very courteous and the job was done in record time. I am very happy And will make this my go to place in the future
