Dignity Built my vehicle on the Subaru web site and sent to Cliff Wall. Received a call that they had three in stock that met my build. I was able to see all three builds. Mike N. was great at giving me all the information I needed on the one I chose. We negotiated by email/phone - both of which I initiated - no hounding me. I appreciated this, there were no pressure tactics to make a sale. Did some negotiating up to the sale, Mike was really respectful of this.
Always good service at this location! Cliff Wall has always treated me (and my dogs) well. Every time we come to this location for sales and/or service, we know we'll be happy.
Recall repair Work was completed on time and done as expected. I was given a loaner while this was being done as it was a 3 hour appt.
Oul change ,tire rotation, and fuel tank update and informat Oil was changed, tires were rotated and updates completed. All work was done in a timely matter. Everything was explained and car came back clean.
Resistall applied. I Had the factory protectant applied to my Subaru outback. They were ready and waiting for me with a very nice loaner vehicle. No complaints.
First time we were dissapointed in 19 years Please note that in 19 years we have not had an issue with the service department, however: we were there for an airbag recall...that went fine, they noticed a nail in the right front tire, we told them to plug, they did. On paper we receive they indicated that the tires were rotated and tire pressure was 33 in each tire. On the way home the low tire pressure light went on. No gimicks. Very straight forward and honest. I will be recommending Cliff Wall and Lane Weber to my friends. The Outback is the nicest car I have ever owned.
Good maintenance and awareness but very slow. The service is good. Employees are polite, helpful, and courteous. Maintenance and review of the car, tires, filters, etc. is excellent. My only complaint is that the service is slow. In the past you did not need and appointment for an oil change so if it took longer it was understandable. My last appointment took an hour and 20 minutes to change oil, filter, and rotate tires. No carwash.
Great experience Everyone at the dealership was knowledgeable and wonderful. Our dogs were treated as customers and you exceeded our expectations!! Robin, you are amazing and I am sure we will be back in the future.
