Car wash I am usally asked if i would like a complimentary car wash with my full service. I was not asked and was sad to see when i went out to my car, it was not washed; which i was looking forward to having done.
Happy with the Service. Informative technicians for a Recall and oil change and checkup. Only problem was the long wait until auto was ready. Nice waiting area but seemed very long wait time.
My Outlander Sport I test drove several vehicles and after crunching numbers I finally chose a vehicle. Cliff Wall went out of their way to find the color vehicle I wanted because they didn’t have the color I wanted. I also chose Mitsubishi because of the 0 percent financing. Everyone was friendly.
bought a new car Cliff Wall dealership gave me a much better deal than the Sheboygan dealership, plus they are closer to my home town when it comes to service.
No hassles I only hesitate to give a five star rating because on a separate occasion I was looking for a vehicle no one took the time to speak with me or ask if I needed anything ( I was the only customer there) and I was in the showroom clearly looking for a vehicle. Aside from that my experience was very pleasant, I felt I was given a fair price on my trade in and the sales rep let me test drive as much as I wanted to make a solid decision on my purchase.
Nice ppl The ppl were nice but I felt rushed. The guy that did the paperwork said the computer wasn’t working so he would do it by hand and so he kinda rushed me. And before that I waited like an hour or more for them to get it going. I was in there a total of 3 hrs just to finish paper work and get my car!! And yes I had an appointment. straightforward sale no surprises or bait and switch tactics all questions answered honestly easy to deal with and pointed out best deal for us even if it didn't benefit them
Oil change The Service was great, but oil change was expensive. I’m succinct, no need to make customers write a novel when we’re giving feedback
Excellent service. Wall's service was prompt, thorough, reasonably-priced and friendly. Scheduling the appointment was easy and car was washed free of charge. I recommend this dealership for service.
