In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. Always a smile and great service. Great cars and service. A couple of weeks ago we were heading to Seattle.(driving). The night before we left we noticed a rock had hit our drivers side window and cracked it. We called Cliff Wall. and Shawn Schmidt saved our vacation by taking a new window out of an Ascent and putting in ours because there was no time to order one and still get us going in the morning. Shawn went the extra mile and we certainly appreaciated that. Thank you Shawn .
windshield wiper (module) recall The service department personnel were all helpful and friendly. The work was done promptly, and I was notified immediately after the work was done. I also was pleased to be offered a free car wash. Excellent servicing!

Altima found through the internet Hailey was awesome. She answered all of our questions and even responded on a Sunday. Mike went to work for us and got us a deal we were satisfied with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient. He truly had a customer focus. The whole process went pretty smooth.
Recall issue so no cost to me, still treated like gold I am always treated very well by this dealership -- they always do a great job, never try to sell me more than I need, do things in very quick fashion and still manage to wash my car at no extra charge. This time I was in for a manufacturer recall of the air bags, so no cost to me. The line was very long and waiting room overflowing with folks all waiting to have their cars serviced, but it was done in less time than they anticipated. very polite people and they did a nice job I was happy with the airbag replacement and the people were very polite. The only thing I didn't like was they had moved the steering wheel to a very low point. I could not get into the front seat. Had to call my husband and ask him how to move the steering wheel. Why would they put it so low??
