Great service I went to Cliff Wall for an airbag recall notification for my 2012 Outback. Service was courteous; it took 2 weeks for an open appointment.

30k mi service +oil/rotation Made appt for 30k mi service on 2016 Legacy and came in, hopeful that a steering column part had arrived (due to key intermittently sticking in ignition). I drive 45 minutes from the Fox Valley for all my service due to the great people and terrific customer service at this dealership and was hoping not to have to make a return trip for the part/service on the steering column. Always great! Friendly,fast service every time. They tried their best to work with my schedule. Their waiting room is comfortable and the beverage refrigerator is a plus!

Great service Had an oil change, fast and easy and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable showroom. Helped diagnose a noisy sway bar linkage but weren't pushy about repair
