A no brainer We knew we were buying a Subaru and we knew we were buying from Cliff Wall. We’ve known Cliff for a while and knew we would get a straight forward, fair, and honest deal and that’s exactly what we got.
Relaxing, Unpressured, Quality Salesmen Was very relaxing, unpressured visit with Mike who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Ascent. He found the one we want in Milwaukee and was able to obtain it.

Speechless My timing chain was broke,,called every Mitsubishi dealer in Winsconsin and refused to fix my car Cox it’s modified so kind of lost and this is the last Mitsubishi dealer i callees And explained to them my situation,,,and I’m glad they don’t say anything they just told me will fix my car and we set appointment ...and can’t say anything their jobs is awesome too,,,if have to service my car even it’s 2hrs drive i wont Hesitate to bring my car again with them,,,thank you cliff wall Mitsubishi,,
2011 Outback AirBay recall - replacement The replacement/recall process was handled in a very professional manner by Cliff Wall. Contacted Cliff Wall's Service Dept. to schedule a recalled Air Bay replacement - following written Subaru advice to do so. An appt. was scheduled for the next available service opportunity. Work was completed, as scheduled & in a shorter amount of time than was predicted. Awaited the service in Cliff Wall quiet & comfortable lounge. Departed with new Air Bay equipment installed. New Subaru Forester The sales people were easy to deal with and provided great help learning about it's features. They took the time to introduce the Forester's safety features.
Collision Repair The Service Manager (I believe) named Sean (or Shawn) is absolutely fabulous. He is very friendly and was immediately on the spot to provide assistance. He made the collision repair process less stressful. This was also true for a person named Gordon that I spoke to on the phone to initiate the repair. My vehicle was hit by a 16 year old distracted driver and it was my first collision repair. Thank you for making it a little less painful. Replace light Even though my wife mentioned what light needed to replaced it turned out not to be the light. You replaced a light that wasn't out. You should have looked and made sure it was the correct light.
