New Car Mike was an easy to talk to rep that answered all my questions, helped to get the price I could manage and demonstrated car attributes
New Outback Robin was very friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating of our requests and patient as she taught me about the many features of my car. I felt that the price was fair and very little negotiation was necessary.
Replace rear bumper Shawn was very easy to work with and very accommodating. He made the whole experience extremely smooth and would recommend anyone that has a problem take it to Cliff Wall and Shawn.
Wonderful Experience Last Thursday my husband and I purchased a 2019 Subaru Accent. We were more than pleased with the whole experience. Mike and all of the sales people there were very knowledgeable, Nick went over financing with us and showed us all of our options and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We will be purchasing future Subaru's from here.

Needs a little fine tuning Overall the experience was great. Mike was super nice and fairly responsive. Two things I can think of that could use some fine tuning, we told Mike we would be in Green Bay on Thursday if we needed to sign papers on the Outback that was brought in from another dealer. We didn’t hear from him until later Thursday evening, missing out on a convenient time for us to secure the purchase. Positive experience! Overall, a positive experience! Were looking for a new or used Forester, but ended up getting a new Outback due to a better financing deal. Sales rep (Candido) was friendly and helpful. Recommended if you're interested in a Subaru!
It was a very good experience. There was an air bag recall on our Subaru. They gave us a loaner car that was super helpful because we do not have an extra vehicle. At that time, it needed an oil change and that was completed. The only thing that was not completed was putting the sticker in the upper left hand corner of the windshield. Otherwise, they are excellent to work with.
Great timely service Very professional dealer. Waiting room always clean and they offer refreshments and snacks. Always have been treat with respect and have explained all procedures to be done to my Subaru.
