In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Routine service--first time The service department was well marked. I drove in and got out of my car. Since it was my first time there, I wasn't sure what to do, but a young woman addressed me right away and took care of getting me into the system. Then she directed me to the waiting area, which is very nice. My car was ready to go in less time than she had estimated.
Efficient! I went to Cliff Wall for some routine recall work on my 2014 Outback. They took me in first thing on my appointment day without a hitch. I also asked if they could look at my brakes and that was no problem. So after 4 hours, as they said, the work was done and as it turned out, my brakes were fine. I live 2 hours away, so I was really happy that they gave me a loaner at no cost which was a pretty fun rig: brand new, bright orange Crosstrek. Only speak to Monica The males working here were unwilling to help me with a serious mechanical issue. My key was getting stuck in the ignition while the battery was getting drained. I am from Colorado and was planning on driving home, obviously impossible until this issue would be fixed. The male service advisors said that I was to wait a month before the part was going to get into the dealership. So I asked to speak to a female service advisor, Who ended up being Monica. Efficient, courteous service Recently i contacted Cliff Wall to complete a recall procedure on my Subaru Forester. Technicians performed the procedure, plus replaced a burned out tail light bulb. The repair was done fairly quickly despite quite a busy Friday afternoon in the Service Department. A 360 walk around survey also let me know that my tires still had a safe amount of tread. I was pleased to receive a complimentary car wash. Employees were helpful and pleasant to each customer that I encountered.
Impressive! I never thought that I’d find a replacement for my 2012 Forester Touring—but Cliff Wall found it for me! A 2016 Forester Touring, with everything I wanted! Nothing could have been easier than bringing my new shiny red car home! Everyone was considerate and helpful. Did I mention how easy it was to complete everything, including financing? We were out in less than an hour! Spectacular customer service and a spectacular vehicle! (The dog had a good time too.)
Great service as always Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was taken care of as I have come to expect from Cliff Wall. I was given my complimentary inspection report and advised of some items that may need attention in the future.
Very professional and straight forward I love what Subaru stands for as a company, and their focus on environmentalism. Locally, the Cliff Wall dealership is different from any other car dealerships I've dealt with. They are very professional and straight forward. They give you a good, honest deal for a great car. I also love the support Cliff Wall gives to the community, through things like supporting 91.1 The Avenue Community Radio. They are obviously committed to the community.
Simple and easy, no hassle! Good salesperson! I was always a ford person but decided that a Subaru was a good choice for my wife as the car was for her. The safety rating, style, size and color were everything she wanted so it became easy. Working with the salesperson (Candido) was easy and fun. My wife was happy so it all turned out well.
OIL CHANGE TIRE ROTATION Oil Change and Tire Rotation went well. I do have an issue that I would like for you to share with your folks in service. My headlights were set on Auto On when I brought it in like they have been since I bought the vehicle. I drive like this for Safety during the Day.
