Fair and easy to deal with Delivered the vehicle they promised. Gave a fair price on my old vehicle. We left your dealership with a good feeling. The only negative is in the detailing of my new vehicle , the inside windows must have been washed with a dirty rag. The windows are smeared and foggy when the sun is coming up in the morning.

90,000 miles Rob and the rest of the staff at Cliff Wall did their usual great job. From scheduling, to a loaner vehicle, to completion of the tune-up and air bag warranty work, the whole thing came off as scheduled and without any issues.

Great Dealer Had a good experience buying my 2018 Subaru. The salesman, Candido, was very helpful in helping me decide which car would be best for me. He explained all the options on my 2018 Subaru & picking up the car went fast and easy.

Routine Maintenance of 2018 Forester This was a routine 6,000 mile service on our 2018 Forester. I was quickly checked in by John upon arrival at the service bay (I had a scheduled appointment). He did a quick walk-around, I signed the service agreement, and was asked if I knew where the lounge was (I did). Work was completed quickly, including exterior washing, and I was back on the road in about 45 minutes. I just purchased probably my 5th Subaru from Cliff Wall, and as always, I was thrilled with the ease of the process and the helpfulness and professionalism of everyone involved in the transaction. Airbag replacement I brought my wife’s Outback in to have the passenger airbag replaced under a recall. The service dept was quicker than the estimated 3 hour wait time, but I was disappointed to see the metal trim by the glovebox had been scratched up in the replacement process. I didn’t notice it immediately until I got home, so I did not get a chance to point it out to the service advisor. The technicians should tape off the metal accent strip to avoid scratches on other customer’s cars in the future.
