Efficent and complete Very helpful. Combined a recall on some software with an oil change . I appreciate the fact that I was in the loop on any changes that were needed.

Coupons It always seems after we get a oil change done we then receive a coupon in the mail which has a very limited time to redeem. Please just give them out when you’re paying. That would be great customer service !
60,000 mile service John oversaw our service, provided us a clean Outback for our use while the 5-hour service was being completed, fixed a noisy left rear wheel bearing, washed our car and completed everything in less than 3 hours. Thanks!

2019 Outback Lane didn't try to sell me the car. He let me do that. Absolutely zero pressure. I thought it was nice that Cliff Wall stopped in to see us. Again, no pressure.

They treat you like family! It's not just a great buying experience, but how they treat you after as well, like when you hit a deer, have an accident, get oil changes or anything that comes up. Always goes above and beyond what we ask Couldn't be happier with our choice in Cliff Wall. The service department has always taken care of our needs and done so in a timely manner considering we drive over 3 hours to the dealership. Our Mitsubishi Outlander ranks in our top purchases in over three decades.
48,000 oil change and check up Our 2017 Subaru Outback was due for its 48,000 mile check up. We were able to get an appointment for the check up when we needed it. We were helped as soon as we arrived. The wait for the Outback to be finished was about 45 minutes, which is what we'd been told it would take. The waiting area was comfortable, with free beverages and snacks. The services performed were explained, and what we expected.
