In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Fast, friendly service. Brought in my Mazda CX-5 to have a manufacturer recall taken care of. They had it done very quickly, and I was very pleased with how it went.
Friendly, knowledgable people Robin Rose is terrific! I've purchased 2 new Subarus from her - 2018 Outback and a 2019 Ascent. We consider her a friend. She has never presured us in to purchasing anything, but her demeaner is such that you just want to keep going back to her. When I come in for service, I always spend a few minutes talking with her. I've recommended her to numerous friends and family members. Robin is a gem!
Always a great experience! Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. One staff member passing through the waiting area even helped us make coffee! Sufficient available service times to select from. Maintenance work was completed in a timely manner.
Last minute service Cliff Wall service got me in quick when I needed service that was not anticipated or scheduled. The wait time was reasonable. Staff were great and price was good.

Very good experience, hope the SUV won't let me down. It was my second brand new car and needed a lot of questions answered and they answered all of them. Love my new Mitsubishi, just wish it had a little more get up and go. Other then that . I had a a good experience.
New car purchase I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback in 2014 and was pleased with the car and the service department at Cliff Wall. When I decided to purchase another car, I went back to Cliff Wall. I hate surveys, I find them redundant and tedious. Please do not send another survey. Thank you.
Routine maintenance Sales person walked around the car and when I asked asked to have alternator checked he wrote it up no questions asked. When he met with me he explained what the service staff said. Great customer service.
Poor service on oil change Didn’t fill windshield fluid. Had tire issue that was handled Very poorly. Had nail in LR tire. Tires have 5/32 or less, almost worn out. Said they could grind new tire down to 5/32 for almost $300. Bought this Outback brand new from Cliff Wall off showroom floor. Have 30,000 on vehicle. They have done all service. How can 60,000 mile tires be worn out. They said call Pomp’s tire for warranty?? That they couldn’t do anything. I called Bridgestone & they told me it’s up to the dealer. What a runarou... read more
