The place to go I purchased and Outback 4 years ago. It truly is one of the best vehicles I have had. I was encouraged to buy one by a family member and a friend. I am glad I did. It was purchased at Cliff Wall. I have had all of my service work done there. The service department does a fantastic job of taking care of my vehicle. They inform me of any up and coming needs, they make sure that it is in good running condition. I highly recommend Cliff Wall Subaru.
Car recall They were very good with what they did to the car just excellently by recommend them to anyone anybody that owns a Mazda really wants it quick dealership there are the ones you want to go to
Purchased new vehicle. The persons I dealt with at the dealership were very professional and helpful. The major problem I had was trying to absorb all the technical information since it was all so new to me. I do understand I will have another opportunity to ask questions. I did also feel the price of the car was high (in particular compared to other dealerships and Kelley Bluebook). That would be something I would pass on to friends looking to buy a new car there.
Great When we arrived at the Mazda dealership for the first time, we were greeted by sales person Megan Rose, who opened the door for us with a friendly smile. For us, she’s the kind of person you like immediately. She was very informative and answered all our questions. It was also helpful that she knew so much about the CX-5, as she owns one herself, but I am confident that she knows everything about every car in the lot. We really loved driving the car. Good attention and service The appointment was quick. The service was even ahead of time and done in acceptable time. And the repair was well done. Very well satisfied.

Scheduled oil change Fast and friendly. Service tech called in someone from body shop to look at rock damage on from grill. Requested to have piece filed down. Body shop did that at N/C. Nice not to be uosikd to have chrome trim replaced.
Excellent On Time Service We are always treated wonderfully from the time we telephone for an appointment to paying for expert service. The waiting room is lovely, and this time we enjoyed talking about our favorite authors and books with 3 other women customers.
Normal 6000 mile service. The service was scheduled near pour preferred time and took about as long as predicted. Another problem required a part and will require another visit,but that was scheduled when we are coming to GB anyway.
