friendly and easy to work with Candido was great, he spent a couple hours with us going through different option to make sure we were comfortable with the choice of the car. He made sure we had all the information we needed to make the decision. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Always honest and helpful We are fairly new to Cliff Wall and tried the dealership in Marquette since we live in between. We found there's no comparison in how we are treated by the service people. Our new Outback suddenly had terrible road noise that I thought was tires out of balance. I took the car to a local tire shop for balancing and they found the tires were cupped and most likely caused by being out of balance. Communication I come here because I bought my car here and I appreciate the prices for the service done on my vehicle. The staff if friendly, when you get their attention. I dropped my vehicle off for service at 2pm, they asked if I’d be staying to wait or if I’d be leaving and would like a call when the vehicle was finished. Always a Pleasant Experience I am on my second vehicle from Cliff Wall. In the years I have been going to Cliff Wall, I have yet to encounter a staff member that was not polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
Oil change, tire rotation, car wash I was told by the cashier that synthetic oil was used, why so pricey is my concern along with a sub standard car wash. Why offer a car wash if not doing a thorough job?
