Oil change and vehicle checkup. We have always been pleased with the service we've received. Everyone is very helpful in explaining all issues with the vehicle. In addition to being excellent at their jobs, they are courteous, polite and maintain a sense if humor.
Schedule oil change and tire rotation Cliff wall personnel are always very friendly and engaged. They make sure the greet you when you arrive , make sure your questions and concerns are handled, and double check the work to be done while giving you and estimate. You feel respected and valued. Outstanding customer service I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester Sport and the experience was exceptional. Robin was very patient with all of my requests and searched until she found exactly what I was looking for at a price that worked for my budget. At home … local Even though we don't live in Green Bay (from the Sturgeon Bay area), we always feel as if we're local at Cliff Wall. This is our 2nd Subaru and we're very pleased with them both. Length of visit was wqrong and person I wanted to see wasn't I already mailed you folks a review yesterday to the service dept. Some of what is wrong is my fault and the rest yours. The right hand should know what the left is doing.
Great people to deal with! If I’m making a major decision resulting in a significant investment, I want to deal with people I can be comfortable with and confident in. This is the place! Our salesman Candido was wonderful, demonstrating and explaing the car and working with us on our situation, as was Nicholas. We also appreciated meeting owner Cliff Walls. Great cars and great people!
Oil Change/Tire Rotation They didn't do the Tire rotation, because it would have been a waste of my money. I need to get new tires, which they gave me price for. No pressure to buy them immediately.
Annual 6 hour service routine. They were nice enough to credit me for a reduced oil change because after I got home I received in the mail a coupon for a reduced oil change. Since the coupon would have expired before I needed another they credited me for the next oil change. Yeah!
New car Have bought 3 other Subarus from this dealership, good experience. Good selection on site to choose from, found one like my 2017 model. Good time to upgrade to 2019. Service was great.
