In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

Amazing! Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and provided amazing customer service. I was traveling for work prior to buying my car and they made it very easy to purchase the car, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They even picked me up from the airport the day I got my car. Before driving off the lot, I received a thorough walk through of all the features in my new Subaru!

Fighting for Service Ignition switch would not turn. Called Cliff Wall and told to have auto towed in and Road-Side Assistance had ended in June. . . paid $109 for tow. When called next day on status, was told it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. This is a LEASED vehicle from Cliff Wall that I planned on buying November when lease was up. They had no loaner ("we are out'') and casually stated that I would have to rent an auto, with not reimbursement and insurance does not pay for rental due to mechanical failure.... read more

oil, tire rotation, recall Service was good, as was the shuttle service. My only complaint is that every time I bring my car in for service, I am asked if I want it washed. Every time I have responded yes, however only once was the car actually washed. I wish that if you ask the customer if we want it washed, do it.

Very clean. Good inventory of cars Almost left the dealership as there was no one to assist us. Michael Nett was very helpful. He knew about cars and wasn’t high pressured.

great service I'm from the UP and made my appointment online for when I just happened to be in Green Bay. Showed up for my oil change and was asked if I wanted the recall repair done on my Forester at the same time. Absolutely! Service was quick, and saved me an additional 4 hours of driving and another day off of work just get to a Subaru dealer here. Great - would definitely come again.

Overall opinion The purchase of the legacy went very well. This high tech stuff will take time to disolve. i would highly recommend this dealership and Robin. She sold my son a used car. That was a factor in dealing with Robin.

Very Happy I brought my Subaru in for a recall issue. They also did an inspection and informed me that I had a light out. I asked about the timing belt and was given very clear answers and prices.

They got a lot done all in one appointment. The waiting room was clean and air conditioned and served drinks and they had a TV. Some of the chair were relaxing, but only a few. The rest were hard.

Very disappointing Changed my spark plugs. Drove 1 1/2 hrs home to find out that car chugged and couldn’t roll my window back up. Mechanic forgot to to reset that and other things. To the tune of over 351 dollars. Was not compensated for my mileage gas and time. Why do I have to pay for all that extra gas when it wasn’t my fault. An honest mistake they admitted but just a sorry. Wasted my day off.
