In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. In the almost 90 years since, our location, name, and vehicles have gone through a few changes, but one thing that's remained the same: Our commitment to serving Northeast Wisconsin through our family-run business.

First time, good experience. This was my first time buying a Suburu and first experience with Cliff Wall dealership. Robin is wonderful to work with. Very patient, clear, friendly. A able guide into the world of new cars after a ten year gap for myself.
Didn’t complete everything asked of them Had my upgraded sound system which I ordered when I purchased the car installed. That is a whole other ordeal with which I’m not happy. I was sold the sound system under the impression that it would upgrade every speaker in the vehicle, not just the front two. During the visit I asked them to look into why the front drivers seat is squeaking. As far as I’m concerned they didn’t even attempt to fix the problem. Friendly and professional! Very pleasant fron the minute you speak to the service writer. Very helpful getting me to work on time with a friendly shuttle ride driver with "have a good day" as we arrived. Work on my vehicle was done and ready when I returned. All questions were answered and I was on my way. Would highly recommend Cliff Wall service dept.
No air I had to ride three hours to get to my appointment because the local dealership couldn’t get me in for two months. That’s too long to be without air conditioning. I was early for my appointment but they set me up right away. Came back to inform me what was wrong. Had to order a part but could do the work the following week. Went back, they gave me a time estimate and took my cell number. I was back on the road three hours later. My 2017 Forester was under warranty and they made it easy.
AWESOME place to buy a car!! Everyone at Cliff Wall, from Hailey the internet specialist who helped us before we even came in, to Nick who helped us at the end--and especially Robin our sales girl--was extremely friendly and helpful. On time Expected to wait about 1.5- 2 hours for service, done in less than 1.5 hrs.!!! Always like the offer of a car wash.
Saturday morning emergency My son's forester had an recall for a break switch. The switch failed on him early Saturday morning and would not shift from park. The service manager answered the phone when i called Saturday morning. After i explained what was happening and that my son is taking college classes already; the service manager was able to get me in that morning and had the car fixed. They also topped of the oil and replaced 4 bulbs we didn't know were out.... best dealer service I have ever experienced, bar none!
GREAT They got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I went in thinking I was going to have to pay a lot of money to have an exhaust issue fixed, and here the last person who did my oil changed checked the air filter and did not put the cap back on correctly making a loud noise while driving. Needless to say, I didn't have to pay anything! :)
