In November 1929, Cliff Wall, Sr opened Cliff Wall Motor Sales in Downtown Green Bay. Wonderful, Helpful Service The Service Area of Cliff Wall is simply the best. All personnel are knowledge, friendly and very helpful. I am always taken care of when I have my Outback taken care of.
Friendly staff First time visiting your dealership as a customer. Very impressed with your staff! Everyone was friendly and kept me informed of my expected wait for completion of the work. Waiting area was comfortable.
Bought a used car They have always been able to answer my questions and get me in if there is a problem. Only Subaru dealer in the area. This car meets our needs.
2 Recall performances Two recalls were executed promptly while I waited in the customer lounge. I was also asked if I would like to have the cars washed at no cost, which I was done.
Seat belt malfunction Fit me into tight schedule. Job done well and fast. No charge to fix this piece of safety equipment. Great service, always is when I bring my 2 Outbacks in.
Recall/Wiper Blades/ Breaks The recall and wiper blades went well. The brakes where at 5, but something associated with the breaks was causing the squeal. I requested the brakes be change along with the part that was causing the squeal. A 30 minute drive to and from work each day with a squeal was not something i wanted to live with. They found time to change them that day.
Timely service, rendered :with a smile and a promise!!! They did what I expected them to do, & even washed my car before returning it to me. Didn't fuss when I called to let them know that I would be @ a half hour late dropping it off. Got the work done in a timely fashion, and let me know that all was okay. Would recommend their service team to friends, neighbors & relatives.
Did not do what was on service paper had to go back in I had to walk back in and tell them car was not washed. Also the walk around inspection was a joke,said windshield was good, when I have a large crack in it, impossible to miss if they did the walk around check,don't know if they actually rotated tires and the sticker for next oil change say 2-3-2019 .I think the garage people tried to scam me cause I'm a woman, I am not dumb can see things were not done. $58.00 for no repairs. Seems high. Checked to see if wheel bearings were bad and they said it was the tires. Seems kinda high for that kind of check. Will try to find more reasonable service center.
