Like the car I found the car that i love, but it took too long to approve. I ended up getting it, and I like it. It's fun to drive.
Great Customer Service The Service Department accommodated us for a recall repair on Saturday. Very efficient service and friendly staff. John in service was also very helpful checking into an issue with the interior of our Outback. We also met Greg Smith in sales while we were waiting and he took the time to explain all of the features of the new Ascent which we are considering purchasing. Very pleased with our experience.
Easy to schedule very prompt and efficient service. appreciated the loaner car to run my errands so I could return to Marinette quickly. You make it convenient for service even at 50 miles away.
It was good I hope the car lives up to the ratings on it. This is my first experience with Cliff Wall, and I hope that the service etc., will be good.
nice buying experience we bought our new Outback from Greg Smith. He took time to let us test drive, and showed us all the features. He then tracked down an Outback of our first color choice, and with the option package we wanted.
Best experience buying a car Love my car. Mark was great to deal with and felt I got a fair price on my trade in. Will recommend to anyone who wants to buy a car
Not pleased, compared to past service. The car was not washed, as in past services. 1/2 of back seat was dirty from a dirty box placed on the seat. Service writer did not tell me an alignment was “recommended”. Hence, my question re the condition of my tires was inadequately reported. And if the “alignment” recommendation had been called to my attention I would have pursued the topic for resolution, since I had a sense the car pulls to the right if the stealing wheel is left unattended.
Prompt service and exceptional customer service Was a good experience all around having to have my recalls done . They all made it quick and easy. Will keep Cliff Wall in mind for future car purchases.
Exceptional Customer Service John and Larry are always highly professional, very attentive and are a pleasure to work with. Each time I bring one of my two Mitsubishis in for service, they are more than happy to chat with me about what needs to be done.
