Awesome buying experience! From beginning to end, purchasing my new Forester was a great experience. Robin, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and showed me all the features of my car.
Friendly, knowledgeable I needed my airbag replaced due to the recall. Took a few months to get me in to the schedule. But once there, they were timely, informative, fast, efficient, friendly and they provided me with a loaner car while mine was in the shop.
Fast and efficient The service was fast, efficient and affordable. I needed a loaner car and was given a new Mazda which I really appreciate it.Rob checked in with me when a new filter was needed. And promised that the car would be done by 4 PM and it was done before that!
Good product, Great service We spent a lot of time making our decision on which car to buy and what we wanted on our car. We had dealt with Mike Nett when we bought a Subaru last Fall. Excellent help - New Subaru with MINI trade in Mike Nett was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. His no pressure approach was comforting and gave us trust in our deal. They gave me a fair trade in for my 2010 Mayfair Edition MINI Cooper S, and were quick in bringing in the Premium Crosstrek in manual transmission I wanted. Mike provided so much care and pride in the delivery of our new Subaru you'd think it was his own. The transaction was so seamless I would definitely recommend anyone else work with Cliff Wall.
