Very good Service personnel were prompt and the service was done well. The waiting room was comfortable, with several magazines very appropriate fo men and women, plus refreshments and comfortable seating with TV.
Above and beyond To say I was a little apprehensive would be an understatement....having come from California with never seeing the car other than photos, I was worried that there would be something wrong, or that I wouldn't like the car... 1st Subaru purchase We have been a Toyota loyal family for many years and this is our first Subaru. Mike Nett helped us select the right model for us which turned out to be a Crosstrek and we love it. Mike was patient and not pushy, which made the buying experience more enjoyable. He showed us several vehicles that might work until we found the right one. Mike is just a nice guy to work with.

Excellence in sales Mike Nett spent an exhausting 2-3 hours with me We test drove 4 different cars to get my choose right. Then the deal. It was fabulous. My experience with Cliff Wall Subaru was wonderful.
Poor clean up of new vehicle Poor service came to pick up vehicle and it was dirty had just been”detailed”. They did give free oil change for inconvenience. Had to wait over45 minutes while they corrected the problem. They were fair with negotiations but not to prideful of their work if that’s how they present your “new vehicle” Used doen’t Mean it has to be dirty.
New tires mounted, balanced, and front end aligned The service was started at the appointed time, I was treated fairly and with respect by Robert. At the end of the service, he informed me of an upcoming recall regarding low fuel gage reading as son as fix is developed.
