Wasn’t help or greeted when I got there Took my car in due to my window not closing the day after I brought the car. Park my car and wasn’t helped so being a first timer there I didn’t know where or who to go too or who was going to help me. The guy behind me was help before I was.
Had my rake lite replaced The job was done at a good time line. I was able to stop in without a appointment. So far everything has been done as asked.
Excellent service where service writers will accommodate you We would not trust our 2017 Subaru Forester Touring to any other dealer, unless of course we were on a road trip outside of Green bay. The service we have gotten since buying our first 2014 Subaru has been second to none. If we have a time or date constraint, any one of the service people will go out of their way to accommodate us. Bought our 4th Outback from Cliff Wall There was good inventory available, but not exactly the color and accessory package we were looking for. A car was quickly located at another dealership and we got just what we wanted
First time at this dealership This was my first time at Cliff Wall. Overall, I was very impressed with the service. Our sales person, Mike Nett, was very helpful and not pushy at all. I feel like we got a fair deal considering trade in value and overall price of the car.
Friendly and totaly non-pressure. Lane is a true professional. He definitely knows his craft and how to make his customers understand without being arrogant or pushy. I will be recommending Lane and Cliff Wall to my friends and family.
Great service as always Came in for a oil change. They also did a complimentary inspection. They let me know of some service items that may be coming up. I always appreciate the free car wash.
Amazing experience From the moment we walked in to the moment we bought our Ascent, our salesperson, Robin was great. She knew exactly what we wanted and worked hard to make sure she delivered. Not only did she put up with us coming in off and on for month, she did so with a smile and always took the time to make sure all of outer questions were answered.
