New Outback Walked in and bought my new Outback within one hour. Great price, great value, great service. Have purchased three Outbacks over the last three years. Cliff Wall makes car buying easy.
Recall work and map update All work was completed quickly. I was informed of all work done. The map update was done at this appointment even though I had not asked ahead for it to be done.
Routine service for our Forester Very satisfied with the service we received. Replaced an iffy battery. Have been pleased with Cliff Wall's service department since we purchased our Forester back in 2015.
Checked & replaced our battery They checked and replaced our battery which was sounding bad to my husband when starting my car. John took the time to check for a GPS update (none available until May). Great service! I love my Outback!

First I got there to have an oil change of my Subaru I went first for an oil change of my Subaru, after that my Subaru started to leak oil, (it never happened before),then I went for a claim, then they said it was the coolant pipe, that was rusty, I fixed that not in the dealer. Cause it broked on the weekend and I need my car to be fixed. Then I went for two recalls, and the next day the passenger heater was not working 😏. I guess you can imagine how I feel

Efficient and clean It was easy to make the appointment on line. The checkin was efficient and quick. The waiting was clean and organized and the servicing was done ahead of schedule.
Great service in a timely fashion They were very patient and answered all my questions, and made sure I knew what would be done and what I could expect when it was finished. It was done in less time than expected and turned out great.
